About
A small studio that builds workbenches.
ZetorTech builds custom internal software for small businesses. We call what we build a workbench: one system for the documents a team handles every day, with a status flow that shows where each one stands and the reports that actually get read.
We are new, and this page says so where you can read it. There are no client logos on this site because there is nobody to name yet, and no case studies because there is no history to write up.
What does exist is real: a finished sample build you can open in your browser, and a price list where every number is printed.
What we build
A workbench is not a website and not a subscription product you rent by the seat. It is the working part of one team’s day, written to match how that team already operates.
- Your documents, your statuses. Quotes, jobs, orders, certificates, reports — with your words for the states they pass through: sent, won, on hold, waiting on parts.
- A flow instead of a folder. Every record has a status, so “where is that?” has one answer instead of three inboxes.
- The reports you read. What went out, what is still open, what is due next — not a dashboard nobody opens.
- Export from day one. Your data leaves as CSV whenever you ask. Being able to leave is what makes staying reasonable.
What we believe about software for small businesses
Four positions. They decide what we build, and what we turn down.
- The people doing the work should not have to become technical. Your side of a workbench is using it: opening a job, changing a status, printing a quote. Servers, deployments and backups are our problem, not a new skill for your office.
- The system should follow your statuses, not rename them. A system that tells your team their process is wrong is a system the team quietly stops using.
- A small team does not need twenty modules. One document type done properly beats six half-finished screens. We build the part of the week that hurts and stop there.
- Buying software should not mean renting it forever. Hosting and care are optional here. If you would rather run the system yourself, it is yours, and so is the data in it.
How we work
Four rules we keep even when a rule costs us an order.
- The price is published before you speak to us. Basic $1,599, Standard $2,599, Pro $3,299 — one-time, printed on the pricing page along with the add-ons and the optional monthly plans. A price you cannot read until after a conversation is not a price you can plan around.
- Written only, end to end. No phone calls and no video meetings. The sample, the specification and every change request are written down, so nothing depends on who remembered what. The FAQ explains why.
- You own the code and the data. The finished system is handed over working and it is yours. Export is CSV, at any time, without asking us.
- We say no when it does not fit. If your workflow genuinely cannot sit inside a workbench, telling you early costs us an order and saves you a bad system.
What we have not done yet
We have no customers. That is the whole sentence, and it is better you read it here than work it out later.
- No client logos, no named customers, no reviews, no delivery figures.
- No claim to have served an industry we have not served.
- One finished workbench, built to the shape we sell, open at zetortech.live/sample.
So the honest answer to “why should I trust you?” is: do not, yet. Look at the work first. A sample build is $99, credited in full if you order and refunded in full if you do not order within 30 days — the details are on the pricing page.

If you want to judge the work, the sample build is open in your browser. If you want to describe your business first, the contact form is six questions and about three minutes, and the reply will tell you plainly whether this is a fit.
