ZetorTech builds one internal system for one small team: the documents you work with every day, moved through a clear status flow, with the reports you need. Three one-time builds, two optional monthly plans, and a $99 sample you can look at first.
A promise about this page. Every price we charge is printed here. We do not answer a pricing question with “contact us for a quote”. If a number exists, you are reading it.
Three one-time builds
The builds differ in how many document types the system handles and how much of it is tailored. All three are one-time prices, and no monthly fee is required to keep using what we build.

A timeline is calendar weeks from the day we start, and it ends at handover: the working system is yours and you can use it the same day. Data migration is included in Standard; on Basic and Pro it is the $249 add-on below.
Hosting and care — optional, cancel any time
Not required. If you would rather run and maintain the system yourself, that is fine — it is yours once it is handed over (see the FAQ). These two plans are for teams that want us to keep it running.

Server and backups + bug fixes + up to 1 hour of small changes a month.
$199 / month
Up to 3 hours of small changes a month + priority response.
Both plans are month to month, and you can cancel any time.
The $99 System Sample
Before you commission a build, we make a sample of your own work: a clickable demonstration of what your documents would look like, plus screenshots and a 60-second recording. It is the smallest way to see whether we have understood your documents.

- $99 is fully credited against the project if you order.
- If you do not order within 30 days of delivery, one email gets a full refund — no reason needed, no form to fill in.
- Third-party costs already incurred (a domain, a licence, a third-party service) are not refundable.
- It is not source code and it is not a live system. It is a look before you commit.

Rush delivery is +30% of the build price. Data migration is included in Standard, so it is only an add-on for Basic and Pro.

The $99 System Sample is the smallest way to judge the work: a clickable demonstration of your documents, screenshots and a 60-second recording. It is credited in full if you order, and refunded in full if you do not order within 30 days.
If your workflow does not fit one of the three shapes above, tell us early. If the fixed shape genuinely cannot hold it, we will say so instead of taking the job.
We work in writing, end to end — no phone calls and no video meetings. The FAQ explains why.
