Six questions, in writing.

Tell us what your business does, which part of the day hurts most, what you use today, how many people are involved, when you want it working, and where to reach you. It takes about three minutes. There is no phone number on this site because we do not take calls — we work in writing, end to end.

What this is for. Your answers are enough for us to say whether a workbench fits your business — and to say so plainly, including when the answer is no.

The six questions

Short answers are fine. Write the way you would write to a colleague — we are reading for the problem, not for presentation.

The trade or industry, and roughly how many people work there.

2.Which part of your day hurts most?

The job that eats hours or quietly gets dropped: quoting, scheduling, chasing paperwork, keeping the records straight.

3.What do you use today?

Roughly is fine — the tool you actually open, not the one you meant to use.

4.How many people would use the system?

The number who would open it on a normal working day.

5.When would you want it working?

A real answer is more useful to us than an urgent one.

6.How should we reach you?

If you send several times in an hour, the form will ask you to wait — it is rate-limited so a bot cannot flood our inbox.

This form uses JavaScript to show you the result. Without it your browser still posts the answers to us and you will see a short machine reply instead of a confirmation.

What happens next

Plainly, in order:

The moment you send it, your enquiry is written to our own system and a copy is emailed to us. If the mail fails, the written record is still there, so an enquiry cannot be lost between two systems.
We answer by email. If what you describe fits what we build, the reply says what we would build and what it costs. If it does not fit, the reply says that instead — we would rather say no than take money for something that will not work.
We work in writing, end to end. No phone calls and no video meetings, so every decision stays in a record you can re-read. The FAQ explains why.
Your answers are used to reply to you and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone.
