There are three one-time prices. Basic is $1,599: one core document type, a status flow, export to CSV, and a clean operating interface, delivered in 3–4 weeks. Standard is $2,599: 2–3 document types, multi-role permissions, reports and data migration, in 4–6 weeks. Pro is $3,299: 4–5 document types, permissions, reports and one AI module (document parsing or auto-classification), in 6–8 weeks.

These are one-time prices. No monthly fee is required to keep using what we build — hosting and care are optional monthly plans. The add-ons (data migration, extra modules, integrations and so on) are listed with their prices on the pricing page.

3–4 weeks for Basic, 4–6 weeks for Standard, 6–8 weeks for Pro, counted from the day we start.

You can use the system as soon as it is handed over. Delivery is the working system, not a planning document.

Yes. The system is yours, and so is the data in it. Your data can be exported as CSV at any time, so you are never locked in by your own records.

Simple content — names, labels, list values — yes. A workflow change (a new status, a new rule, a different approval order) is a code change, and that is what the monthly care plans are for: up to 1 hour of small changes a month on the $99 plan, up to 3 hours on the $199 plan.

If you would rather keep everything yourself, you can — the system is yours.

If you order and the delivered system is not right, we will tell you plainly what we can fix and what we cannot. We would rather say “this is not a good fit” than take money for something that will not work.

No. We build it and hand it over working; your side is using it. The system is built for the people who do the work, not for a technical team.

We make a clickable demonstration built around your documents, with screenshots and a 60-second recording. It is $99, and it is fully credited against the project if you order.

• If you do not order within 30 days of delivery, one email gets a full refund — no reason needed and no form to fill in.
• Third-party costs already incurred (a domain, a licence, a third-party service) are not refundable.
• It is not source code and it is not a live system. It is a look before you commit.

Tell us early, before you pay. We build from a fixed shape — document types, a status flow, permissions, reports — and it holds more workflows than you might expect.

But if your way of working genuinely cannot fit that shape, we will say so instead of taking the job. We would rather lose the order than deliver something you cannot use.

On a system we build, it is hosted on our own servers, with daily backups. Your data is not shared with third parties.

If you would rather have the system hosted on your own infrastructure, tell us early — self-hosting is a conversation we can have. It changes the hosting plan, not the build.

We are a new company, so we will be precise: we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

No. We work in writing, end to end.

The sample, the build specification and every change request are written down, so there is a complete written record of every decision — nothing depends on who remembered what was said on a call.
